I am not a vegan and so most of my recipes are not strictly vegan.  My family is vegetarian and my husband doesn’t eat eggs so I don’t use them when I bake.  I find that the most difficult part of making a recipe vegan is replacing the eggs so I work hard to make my recipes work with out them.  If you want to make my recipes vegan you can pretty easily substitute dairy free milk or butter for the dairy-full versions that I use.  If you have any questions about converting a recipe please feel free to ask me!
